How do I get my photos or logos to you?
If you would like to send us your artwork in the mail, we
can scan it for you, as long as it is not copyright
protected. Please note that there is a $5.00 scan
charge for any photo or logo reproduction.
(Photographer Release required for the use of
professional photos. Photographs will be returned unharmed
with order.) Please send well lit, crisp photos. If
sending photo by e-mail, accepted formats are BMP, JPEG or
TIFF, compressed or uncompressed TIFF can be used. If your
file size is too big, we also accept zipped files. File size
should not exceed 5 MB when E-mailing.
Can my wedding orders
match my wedding colors?
Yes. We do weddings products
such as candy bars, invitations, church programs and wine
bottle labels, to match your color scheme. The best chance
for us to match your colors is for you to mail a swatch of
color to us (envelope, fabric swatch, etc.).
Why is there a photo
edit or logo fee?
This can be time consuming.
We need to scan the photo or logo and for best results we
may need to touch them up. This may include taking out
a background, adding a frame, or adjusting the brightness
and contrast.
What type of printer
do you use?
We use a color laser printer. You will get high quality
printing. If you get a drop of water on the ink, it
should not smear.
What method of
shipping do you use?
All orders are sent via USPS
priority mail. Once shipped it will take 2-3 business days
to arrive at their destination. Overnight express mail
available also.
Once I place my
order, how long does it take to arrive?
The whole process
takes about 10 business days. You will be E-mailed a link to your design, for
your approval, before printing. Once you have approved the
final design for your order, payment is due at that time.
Once payment is
received, your order will be mailed out within 1 week, with the
exception of Birth Announcements.
Birth Announcement orders will be filled within 48 hours
plus shipping days. Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days,
or you can get overnight express mail.
Can you do the
HEREHEIS and HERESHEIS wrappers?
No. These wrappers are produced
and copyrighted by a special subsidiary of the Hershey Food
Corporation*. However, we do have Here’s name candy
bars, for boys and girls, check out our candy bar page. If
you don't see what you want, we can design something
special.
I have a theme for my
child's birthday party can that be put on my product?
Yes, as long as its not
copyrighted art. We can create something if we do not have
it.
I am having a Looney
Tunes (Tweety Bird, Mickey Mouse, Barbie, etc.) themed
party, can you put them on my product?
No. These characters are all
copyrighted through their respective companies.
We can
incorporate your theme into the words and colors.
Do you supply the
bottles and candles for the labels?
No. We only supply the labels. You can get the bottles or
candles at any store.
We will make the labels the size you need.
What If My Bars are
Left Out in the Heat?
As long as you don't handle them they should be fine. Put
them in the refrigerator and don't handle them until they
harden. DON'T put them in the freezer because the chocolate
will turn white. |
